Being a CPA with multiple rental properties, she understands the nuances and tax write-offs of owning real estate. Kerry manages her own properties and has extensive experience with rentals, short sales, and foreclosures. She has a passion for helping buyers find the “perfect” home, and when selling a home, she strives to help sellers get top dollar.
Kerry loves spending all her available time with her husband, James, and being a mommy to her first child, Rulon, at the age of 44—he is keeping her very active and young! She also enjoys traveling and seeing different areas of the world, especially places with beautiful beaches.
