My name is Geoff Dearing and I have been an investor in real estate for over 20 years and the Owner/Broker of Return Real Estate since 2007.
I started my journey in real estate as an investor in 2002 when I bought my first duplex. Since then, I expanded my buy-and-hold portfolio to include out-of-state investments, fix and flips, commercial construction and acquisitions, as well as helping out buyers and sellers of investment properties. Currently, I have major projects in areas of storage unit acquisition and construction as well as commercial development.
My coaching experience includes working with gurus Robert Kiyosaki and Carlton Sheets as well as having been the President/Founder of the Utah Real Estate Investors Association from 2013 to 2023.
